This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). The apartment has good bus connection with centre of Split and the bus station is about 2min walking from apartment .

The modernly furnished apartment has a room with a separate air conditioning, TV and modern lighting. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic plate, microwave and all the equipment. The living room has sofas for a third person and its tv and air conditioning. The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, ancient Salon and Split. Guests can use our swimming pool and barbecue in the garden.

The beach, bakery, two supermarkets and 3 bars are 200 m below and also a bus station. In cafe bars, you can eat hamburgers and pizza while on the promenade by the sea, there are two restaurants in the direction towards Split or Omis.
