The Old Canal House at Halfmoon

Located in a 200-year old historic brick house, the guest apartment is fully furnished and all windows face the Mohawk River and a scenic walk path. Nearby Kayak rental is available. We are located a few minutes’ drive from The Klam'er Tavern and Marina and about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Albany, where art performances, concerts and dining experiences await you. At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.

The OsWaldorf Hotel

Comfy, oddball studio that preserves the pre-gentrified bohemian feeling of Troy circa 2005. Lovingly constructed by mysterious artisan Oswaldo who stayed in November 2005 and then disappeared, leaving this gem as part of his local legacy. In the heart of downtown Troy, two doors from TAKK house, sharing the alley with Peck's, blocks from Saturday farmers market, walking distance from RPI. This unit is private but the large kitchen and laundry (green floor) is occasionally accessed by hosts.

The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. There are two outdoor areas to enjoy in the front and back of the house. The location is walking distance to Beekman street arts district and Broadway downtown Saratoga Springs. Saratoga spa state park, performing arts center, casino and Saratoga race track are all a short car ride away.

Off street parking, free WiFi and breakfast included. My home is a quick 5 min walk to Emma Willard School, 1.5 miles to RPI, and 2 miles to Russell Sage College.
