Located within the gardens of the main house and accessible down a farm track, the cottage is surrounded by the stunning Perthshire Hills. It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel. This characterful 2 bedroom cottage in rural Monzie (listed in The Times top 50 cottages) is furnished to a high standard with gorgeous interiors. The landscape and surrounding scenery is breathtaking and being one mile down a private road a real retreat from busy everyday life, with nature and wildlife in abundance.

Our WiFi is not reliable ( 4G signal) so if you need fast and good wifi it is not the place for you. 1 double bedroom, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, cooking stove. Shower room with shower, WC and basin We are in the countryside 1.7 miles from the village of Saline where there is a little convenience store.

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

The Wash House is a beautiful, cosy cottage adjacent to a charming Schoolhouse built in 1857. This space was once the schools laundry facility. Character has been retained in this beautiful modern space. Our little slice of paradise is at the gate way to the highlands and 5 minutes from doune ( for those Outlander fans). It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.

Holly Croft is a stunning four bedroom cottage right between the beautiful villages of Fintry and Kippen. Our cottage is the perfect place to escape from the city with stunning views right down the valley. We are 20 miles from Glasgow and Stirling and a 20 minute drive to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs national park. Wether you want to completely chill out, read, paint, deer spotting or walking this place is perfect for your needs.

Weaver’s Cottage, built from stone probably in the 18th century (the main house dates from 1687) sits in a large south facing garden with direct access to the designated bathing beach and the Fife coastal path. Lovingly restored it’s a wonderful place to relax, swim, go for beach walks, gaze at the stars in front of a cosy fire pit.
