Welcome to the guest house on the farm with a short distance to the sea and nature. Here you can enjoy a rural setting with a short distance to the hiking trails for the mountains, relax on the terrace, fishing, or take a walk on Folkestadsetra with good swimming and barbecue possibilities. If you want a day trip to famous attractions, you can drive to Geiranger, Via Ferrata & Loen Skylift, Kannesteinen, Refviksanden, Krakenes Lighthouse, Hakallegarden or the Alps. The possibilities are many:)

Lovely house by Hornelen

This house in natural surroundings offers you peace and quiet. The name of the house is "Tante Hannas hus". On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with sheep and sometimes deer close to the house. The house is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff, and with a direct view to, Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. There is a folder in the house with informationand maps of the different hikes and activities

Birdbox Lotsbergskaara

Birdbox Lotsbergskaara is located at Lote, in Western Norway, at an elevation of 270 metres above sea level. With one of Norway’s most breathtaking views of fjords and mountains, you’ll experience a true sense of quiet luxury and a calm, relaxing stay. While you relax in the comfortable cabin, you might be lucky enough to spot deer grazing and eagles soaring just outside the window. The surrounding area offers plenty to do, surrounded by the landscapes Western Norway is known for.

På denne plassen bur du i toppen av frukthagen på garden Påldtun. Her kan du nyte ei fin utsikt over fjord og fjell. Det er kort veg til brygga. Her kan du leige båt og sauna eller ta deg eit morgenbad. Du vil oppleve livet på bygda med beitande dyr og arbeid som foregår i sesongen. Jølet! Tenk å ligge svevande over bakken på ei seng av brusande vatn med stjerner i augo! Det er akkurat det du kan oppleve i Jølet, hytta som er spesialdesigna for å gje ein optimal følelse av nærleik til naturen. På kanten av eit jøl, skapt av elva sitt tusenårige strev for å nå fjorden, svevar hytta delvis i terrenget. Liggande heilt for seg sjølv utan nære naboar, men med utsikt over kulturlandskap og bygdelag, er dette ein perfekt stad både for avslapping og aktivitet.
