Ultimate cabin in the mountains

This unique and secluded cabin sits on 75 acres in the Blue Ridge mountains. Enjoy the cozy wood fireplace, hot tub, charcoal grill, and fast, reliable fiberoptic internet if you need to get some work done while you're away. It has a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and is pet-friendly (no pet fee!), so you can enjoy it with the whole family. There is a 4K 55” smart TV with apps, a Tesla LVL 2 charger, a cabinet full of board games, books, and plenty of items to entertain both kids and adults!

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

This 2 story house with vaulted ceilings is situated close to downtown Staunton in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. Access to Shenandoah Nation Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway is just a short drive. This unique space has a King and Queen bed on the 1st floor, and a twin bed, futon, sofa bed and section on the 2nd floor. The ample parking allows for multiple large vehicles. Excellent day-tripping to many of central Virginia's celebrated wineries and breweries, as well as scenic drives and hiking trails.

Sunrise Casita: a tiny house at Cana Barn

Our 250 sq ft tiny house was built by our talented craftswoman Kara. We used wood from our property and reclaimed materials to create a cozy and unique getaway. The front porch looks out to a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and looks up to a local vintage sign. We are LGBTQ+ welcoming. Sunrise to us is the embodiment of a fresh start and a new opportunity. It is hope and possibility, adventure and inspiration, beauty and wonder. We hope all of this for your stay in our tiny house!

The Staunton Hideaway

The Staunton Hideaway is a cozy, private getaway with tons of charm and a short walk away from downtown Staunton! This one bedroom apartment is apart of a duplex with a separate entrance and its own outdoor space in a quiet neighborhood. Free street parking is available and easy to access. Feel free to leave your car at the house and take a short walk across the Sears Hill pedestrian bridge to downtown where you can enjoy all of the eateries and local shops that make Staunton so special!

Stargazer is the perfect place to get away from it all! The stillness and serenity of being nestled in a bird and wildlife sanctuary is so good for your soul. Watch the sunrise from a hanging basket chair at 2700 feet of elevation, or wait for moonrise and toast spectacular star views! Relax in the sauna after a day filled with hiking and an al fresco meal on the deck. Roast s’mores at the deck fire table or over the side yard fire pit. Charming log cabin with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Only 15 minutes to Route 151 brew trail and 25 minutes to UVA or Wintergreen Resort. Please note that while the cabin offers an idyllic hilltop setting, access requires a 4-wheel drive vehicle due to the steep gravel driveway. For guests without such vehicles, designated 2-wheel drive parking is available halfway up the driveway. Refer to “Other details to note" and “House Rules” prior to booking.

Welcome to Staunton! This historic home was one of the original workers' cottages in the 1800s. It's located downtown with a short walk to shops, restaurants, bakeries, Mary Baldwin University, Gypsy Hill Park, and Blackfriars Playhouse. It has all the charms of an older home like original pine floors and tavern-style doors, but with a modern kitchen, bathroom, internet, and AC. There is plenty of street parking and the neighborhood is beautiful!
