C8 and C5 trails are almost on your doorstep!

Electricity is powered from a propane remote start generator and water is sourced from our rain water collection system. Take a day and go on the trails and see the water falls in the area. You can also take a day trip to long lake,crandberry lake or even head over to lake placid and to white face mountain. The possibilities are endless. Cabin is off grid but there is a propane heater in cabin and porta potty on property.

The apartment is above the garage which is separate from the house.

Come enjoy Tupper Lake and the Adirondacks in this year-round lakefront 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin on Little Wolf Pond. Situated right on the waters edge, the views will wash away all your stress. Steps down to the lake for swimming access. Or take out the canoe, 2 kayaks or 2 paddle boards and explore the grassy inlet to the pond, Little Wolf Beach, and the mountains poking up between the trees.

Cabin at Laing Family Farm

The Cabin at LFF is a small and cozy spot halfway between Canton and Potsdam. It sits on the edge of our small orchard on our 220 acre certified organic farm. From the front porch and kitchen window you can view our horses and/or cows grazing in their pasture. It has a kitchen, living area, loft bedroom and full bath. There is a Roku TV and Free wifi.
