Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

A self contained Annexe

We live in a beautiful village with many countryside walks to choose from. We have Aston potteries shop and cafe within a 5 minute walk which does the most delicious lunches/cakes. We’re just a stones throw away from Witney town centre which boasts many eateries and plenty of high street shops. Our annexe is attached to the side of our home above a double garage, it has velux windows which gives a nice lighting. The room is spacious with a good size en-suite and it’s own entrance.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Garden Annex/Cabin: country view: long/short stays

Private entrance, workspace/Wi-Fi, parking, lovely countryside view, includes breakfast provisions. A comfortable base for working professionals or those travelling/sightseeing. Underfloor heating ensures comfort in colder weather. Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor 1.5 miles, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace/Witney 5 miles, Kidlington 7 miles, Oxford 10 miles & Bicester Village is located fairly nearby. Cheltenham/Newbury Racecourses 35 miles.

Situated just a 5-minute drive from Witney, This apartment serves as an excellent gateway to uncovering the treasures of the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace, Oxford, and the renowned Bicester Village Designer Outlet – a mere 35-minute drive via car or bus. Jeremy Clarkson's new pub (The Farmer's Dog) is a 6-minute drive away and the towns of Cheltenham, Banbury, and Swindon are all within a 40-minute drive. Additionally, there is a beautiful lake at the property's rear to explore.

Self contained Studio

Little Rockwell is a self contained studio, without kitchen facilities. Very stylist, brand new accommodation for two people in the centre of Eynsham. It consists of a king sized bed, seating/dining area with fridge and has a large shower, sink and toilet. This is separate from our home, but access is via the driveway and it’s above our garage. The bus stop is very close for access to both Witney and Oxford. We are close to Blenheim Palace and The Cotswolds too.

The Artist's Studio ~ Thames Path stay near Oxford

The Artist's Studio is a unique space that provides comfortable and cosy accommodation for 2 people, perfect for a relaxing rural escape and remote working alike. A recently renovated painter's studio, the accommodation offers free wifi, a smart tv, a log burner for the winter months, a dedicated parking area and private entrance. It lies on a direct bus route and is only 4 miles (15 minutes) from Oxford city centre.

Located in a quiet, rural hamlet, the Guest Suite forms part of our property and is self-contained ground floor accommodation with its own private entrance. With the benefit of off-street parking, it comprises a double/twin bedroom, a shower room and a combined lounge and small kitchenette. It is a convenient and comfortable base from which to explore Oxford and the surrounding area.

The Old Library

Stylish countryside accommodation situated in the quaint village of Fyfield. The Old Library is a peaceful, self-contained, fully equipped guest house within easy reach of Oxford and the Cotswolds. Access is through an electric gate and gravel drive. Guests will have ample off street parking directly outside the guest house.
