Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. We are very close to Camelback Mountain and walking distance to The Rebel Lounge. The airport is a quick 10 minute drive. The Desert Dwelling is an attached guest unit (300 sq. ft) w/ private entrance. This unit is ideal for a couple or a single traveler. While the unit can fit 3 people, please understand it is a studio unit with a Queen bed & pull-out couch.

This two-bedroom, one-bath suite with private entry is close to all Scottsdale has to offer. Enjoy our large backyard with ramada, pool, fire pit, and private grill. Close to great shopping, restaurants, and golf. There is over 750 square feet of living space. Cool off during the hot months in the pool or relax with a game of bocce ball or horse shoes. The space is separated from the remainder of the residence where we have two golden retrievers and a purrfect black cat.
