THE HOUSE ON THE HILL

The house is located in a beautiful hill overlooking the mountain of Cetona and the valley. It has a private garden from which opens the view of the pool (shared with other 4 apartments ) and the park surrounded by a laurel grove and other secular old trees. Inside there is the kitchen, a beautiful living room with exposed beams, walls in typical Tuscan stone and a large fireplace. On the first floor there are 3 rooms and the bathroom with a big shower. "IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.
