L’ampio giardino che circonda l’abitazione è una terrazza naturale sul Lago Trasimeno. È arricchito da una pergola dotata di tavolo e barbecue a disposizione per i vostri pasti in totale relax. Al suo interno, in uno spazio di 40mq, si trova un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona letto, un bagno e cucina attrezzata.

THE HOUSE ON THE HILL

The house is located in a beautiful hill overlooking the mountain of Cetona and the valley. It has a private garden from which opens the view of the pool (shared with other 4 apartments ) and the park surrounded by a laurel grove and other secular old trees. Inside there is the kitchen, a beautiful living room with exposed beams, walls in typical Tuscan stone and a large fireplace. On the first floor there are 3 rooms and the bathroom with a big shower. House restored on 2020. Wifi free

Two bed rooms, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a 85" smart TV, a corner with a desk and a fully equipped kitchen. Il fabbricato comprende, al piano terra, la secolare cantina Aziendale, mentre al primo e al secondo piano si trovano due appartamenti destinati ad Agriturismo. Nel verde e a due passi dal paese, la signorile casa padronale dispone di 5 camere. In alta stagione (luglio-agosto) gli affitti vanno da sabato a sabato. Il nostro agriturismo è una finestra sulla val d'orcia, composto da 2 appartamenti con cucina, camera e bagno. Grande giardino attrezzato. Immerso nel silenzio, vicino a Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni e le terme naturali di Bagno San Filippo. Per raggiungerci è molto semplice, l'ultimo km di strada è sterrata ma percorribile da tutti.
