The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The outdoor space is great for a variety of activities such as barbecuing, campfires, and crawfish boils. The house has boat access to a waterway that leads to the tchefuncte river, which is great for watersports. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
