Dieser Bungalow aus der Mitte des Jahrhunderts wurde 1947 von einem Schiffbaumeister mit der gleichen Präzision und Sorgfalt gebaut, die einst für Holzschiffe reserviert war. Obwohl das Haus liebevoll für modernen Komfort aktualisiert wurde, trägt es immer noch den Geist seiner ursprünglichen Handwerkskunst – von den freiliegenden Balken bis hin zur warmen, einladenden Aufteilung.
