(70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Bring the whole family to this happy place with lots of room for fun. Close to beautiful beaches, this three bedroom beach house has been renovated to include modern amenities with a classic feel. Ample parking, including a double carport that's tall enough for your boat, and a securely fenced yard to keep your pooch safely on the property. The spacious living area opens onto a large north facing deck for entertaining or lounging after a day at the beach. This hideaway is the perfect getaway.

The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.
