The quaint town of St Ives bustles with shops & restaurants just over a mile away which is served by the charming St Ives branch line.

Stepping Stone is a spacious bungalow featuring light-filled rooms and a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. There is off road parking, a private patio and garden. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. Please see property description for layout. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the area.

2 bedroom private bungalow situated -5 minutes from porth and lusty glaze beaches and local shops for all your needs. You can park right outside with a small outdoor area (not enclosed)to seat and chill on the sunny days. ready to use for strictly two people over the age of 21,pets- either couples or two friends sharing. If you would like flowers, balloons or gifts arranged -we can arrange for you:) in a lovely quiet area - close enough to walk into Newquay to visit some great restaurants.

You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. An additional benefit is the parking spot directly outside the bungalow.

There is a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, sitting room, and south facing patio garden. You have two off-road parking spaces with an EV charger. Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.

St Ives Beach House with parking & large terrace.

This detached property is situated in a private road overlooking Porthmeor Beach. It is light and spacious with a large and very comfortable living area. There is an outside terrace with sea views. Parking for 2 cars in parking bay on private road. Bedding for 1 x double bed and 3 x single beds is provided - and 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel for each guest. Guests must be able to manage steps down to the property entrance and the hill down to the harbour area.

Located midway between the towns of Penzance and Helston each approximately 7 miles away. Ideally located to explore Cornwall. There is a pub, fish and chip shop and Co- op a 5 minute walk away. We accept a maximum of 2 dogs. Sky TV and sport and TNT sport available.

Walking distance to St Ives Town and Harbour, Tate Gallery and all the beaches, the closest being Porthmeor Beach. (3 minutes away and sea views all the way!)
