Located just a few miles from St. Joe State Park, guests can enjoy ATV trails, four lakes, two swimming beaches, equestrian trails, hiking and biking paths, and even a water trail. Multiple dining options, wineries, parks, and attractions are all within easy reach.

The Tranquil Tipi

As you park in our field you will see a door in the woods . When you open the door you see a trail leading down through the woods . As you work your way down the trail you will start to see the Tranquil Tipi come into view . It will be like it is sitting there waiting on you, inviting you to come on inside and relax. When you are ready to explore you can go back outside and roast a marshmallow or wander further down the trail and relax in the hot tub or float in the pool. Just relax and enjoy.

Couples Retreat

Come stay at our out of town luxury but rustic barn. Located right outside of Farmington, Missouri We are close to Black River and a walking distance to st Francois river. Another great attraction is Johnson Shut in’s roughly 40 minutes away. Including in your stay, you’ll have access to farm fresh eggs, coffee bar, unlimited, homemade popcorn that you can enjoy, and beautiful views. We have a king size bed, and also a pullout couch. We are close to Parkhills & Farmington NO PETS

The Cottage

Located in the heart of Bonne Terre on the property of an elegant wedding and event venue. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. All the amenities anyone could need: 3 TV's, full kitchen, washer and dryer, king, queen, two full, a twin trundle (two twin) and a twin roll out bed sleeping a total of 11 with a full bath. New hot tub that fits 6, outdoor patio furniture, front porch with two rocking chairs and a porch swing. Come stay with us!

You’ll treasure your time at this beautiful, peaceful place. A cabin on a lake with beach access and acres of property to explore. Enjoy the use of the canoe and kayaks. The lake is stocked with catfish, bass, bluegill and crappie for catch and release fishing. Spend time relaxing in the hot tub or around the fire pit during your stay with us. There are many state parks nearby to visit, and we are central to historic destinations in the area such as Caledonia and Ste. Genevieve.

The Caamp

The Caamp located directly across the road from The Barn at Lone Eagle Landing and Pebble Creek provides a close and convenient place to stay along with a breath taking view of the upper Coffman valley. The Caamp is also very close to Chaumette and Charleville. If outdoor adventure is what you seek The Caamp serves as a great landing zone to explore nearby attractions like Pickle Springs and Hawn State Park. Sit back and enjoy the view from this gorgeous and cozy tiny home.
