The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. Only ~15 min to DCA, monuments/museums (7.8 miles to the Washington Monument), SW Waterfront, Old Town Alexandria, Capitol Hill (20 min).

Located in Springfield, just minutes from Washington, DC tourist attractions and the Cherry Blossoms. Easy access to Old Town Alexandria and it's quaint restaurants and shopping. Close to GMU and INOVA/Fairfax Hospital. The home is a 2,100 sq ft home away with 3 well furnished bedrooms (one with master bath) and newly renovated kitchen and baths (2 1/2).
