Welcome to the Master Kat Studio! This private, modern, and spacious 450 sq/ft space is located right in the heart of Eugene’s historic Whiteaker neighborhood. With four professional food trucks, a natural food store, restaurants, breweries/wineries/distilleries, a pizzeria, and coffee shops, all right outside your door or within a few blocks! Please keep in mind this is a livelier part of town, with night-life and train tracks nearby. Most have no issues but very light sleepers should be aware.

Enjoy a stylish, private studio in downtown Springfield located a convenient 5-minute drive from UO and Hayward Field and 10 minutes to downtown Eugene. This studio has a queen bed, fully stocked kitchenette, large refrigerator/freezer, Fire TV, and a quaint private fenced yard with lounge chairs. You can walk 7 blocks to our charming downtown or jump on the bike path that quickly connects you to the beautiful river trails in Eugene. Dorris Ranch and Mount Pisgah are nearby natural treasures.

Spacious, bright 2 BR suite in great location

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms, one king and one queen, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. The kitchenette includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

Quaint Studio near Autzen and Bike Path

Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

Peaceful, modern &conveniently located guest house

The Little House is a 520 sq ft attached guest house built in 2019. This peaceful space is conveniently located within 1-4 miles of the UofO, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium, Oakway Mall, Riverbend Hospital, the Whit and the Willamette River bike path. The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. Please note: Rates vary based on demand and summer/winter rates vary.

The Shed in Hayden Bridge

"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

College Hill 1-Bedroom Private Apartment

Bright, clean, College Hill 1-bdrm suite with private entrance. Unit has a kitchenette (w/Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, jr. refrigerator and hot plate), bathroom/shower and access to washer & dryer. There is a futon couch that can be made into a double bed for 2 more guests (FWIW it's not as comfortable as a regular bed). WiFi, television (w/Roku) and bluetooth speaker provided for entertainment. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. University is just a few blocks more.

Elegant Master Suite with king size bed, its own private entrance, bath and kitchenette. You must be comfortable going up 3 stairs to enter the suit from the patio. This is the only entrance. Located across from Pine Ridge Golf Course in a quiet & friendly neighborhood, guests will enjoy a country setting with Mountain View’s, yet only approximately 20 minutes by car to downtown Eugene, the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena or Autzen Stadium.

Private entry to your own room w/ king size bed + private full bath, in desirable quiet Eugene neighborhood. 1½ miles to University of Oregon, two blocks from Amazon Park, Pool + running trail, close to hiking trails, natural food store, coffee shops, golf course, public transport, and downtown. Ample free street parking for you, right in front of the house. There's no kitchen, although there's a mini fridge, + hot water kettle w/ tea + coffee.
