Apt 4, Craftsman relaxation

The Airbnb is situated in a venerable old house, a hold out in a neighborhood that is fast falling to high density units. The house has worn corners, and we continue to lovingly maintain and restore the spaces over time. My grandmother owned this house in the time of the depression and it housed GI Bill students after WW2 at the UO. Number 4 is a light, airy and beautiful apartment, furnished with antiques, restored original details and original art works. Good kitchen, air conditioning.

This studio is walking distance to the University of Oregon, the Hult & Shedd Performing Arts Centers, The Jazz Station & Downtown Eugene. Eugene full of character, eateries and entertainment.
