Located just west of I-49 off 412, you'll be within a short drive of all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer, including some of the best mountain biking in the world in Bentonville. With the open, split bedroom floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and massive great room/ kitchen, there's plenty of space for the whole family, & privacy when you want it. Just 23 minutes from the U of A if you are in town for the game.

The Vaughn Haus is conveniently located between Bentonville and Fayetteville near the University, the global headquarters of Tyson, JB Hunt, Walmart and Sam’s Club, world renowned biking trails, art museums and dining. Vaughn Haus was built in 1950 where the original owners, The Vaughn Family, lived for 70 years. Aaron and Elle purchased this home in 2019 and spent a year renovating it for you to enjoy! Hardwood floors, bathroom tile, and several other features in the house are originals.

Relax on the covered deck overlooking the gently rolling fields on a 30-acre farm in Tontitown (northwest) Arkansas. Unwind on the porch swing, watch a gorgeous sunset, feel the gentle breezes, listen to the frogs & crickets chirping & watch lightening bugs flicker through the air in the evenings. (in season) Deer roam the property at dusk. Enjoy coffee & homemade cookies. It is so peaceful here! You are minutes away from restaurants, shopping, concerts, outdoor activities & the UofA.

Enjoy all NWA has to offer while staying in a detached studio apartment located in a private seven house subdivision. Our “bee” themed rental is just 1 mile from I-49 and one 1.5. miles from the Amp. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your enjoyment. Trail-bike storage can be arranged in advance. Come and “BEE” our guest.

The third bedroom holds a twin over full bunk bed, closet, dresser, and smart tv. Our home also includes high speed, 5G wireless and hardwired internet. Large fenced yard & play set!
