You get the entire home and there is nobody else staying at the same time. It is in a quiet suburban neighborhood, about 40 minutes from downtown Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg.

Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, Weeki Wachee River, & Pine Island Beach are all within 15-minute drive. Clearwater, Tampa, and Ocala are all within an hour's drive!

Welcome to your cozy retreat. The suite is attached to the main home with its own private entrance, offering a peaceful, separate space with no shared interior areas. For transparency, it does share walls and secured connecting doors with the main house. As with most attached spaces, you may occasionally hear soft, everyday household sounds. Bright, clean and well appointed. Spacious lakeside deck & canoe for guests' enjoyment.
