This historic building was converted into a guest house. Full Kitchen and Dinnete. Bath and Bedroom with Closet. “Stay Awhile” is a spacious walk out basement apartment, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Old Town Fredericksburg, University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg Convention Center, FredNats baseball stadium, restaurants, shopping, historical sights, battlefields & Heritage Trail along the Rappahannock River. We have a walk/run/bike trail in our neighborhood and a tandem bike you may borrow. Enjoy our 82” TV and WIFI. We are 1 hr from DC & Richmond, 1.75 hrs from Williamsburg.

An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.
