The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new, the unit in furnished with king size bed, sitting area, kitchenette and full separate bathroom. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Cozy duplex located close to the freeway, Spokane Valley Mall, lots of restaurants located and very close to the super market. There is a huge backyard for the littles to run around. Located in a nice neighborhood with lots of parks close by. For the outdoors enthusiast the Appleway trail and Centennial Trail are just a song and dance away. At the same time, we are situated in a peaceful wooded area on several acres of land, providing a secluded and natural environment for our guests to enjoy. Wing-Watcher's Paradise is where you will enjoy watching airplanes fly overhead from the hot tub.

Tall people have been warned! This is a charming and one-of-a-kind loft apartment that is both cozy and spacious (assuming you are not vertically inclined). This unique 1930s apartment is located in a historic home in a quiet neighborhood, but with access to everything. In addition to being packed with charm it features a claw-foot tub, lots of natural light, a private entryway, patio and garden access, and lots of peace and quiet.
