No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please no romantic rendezvouz. (but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

In the spring and summer Lime scooters and bikes are usually parked a block or two from the house and they are fun to ride and explore Spokane in the summertime.
