Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :) Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Wegen der kurzen Entfernung zum See und der schönen Natur, die das Haus umgibt, werden Sie die nötige Privatsphäre und einen wirklich ruhigen Urlaub genießen können. Es ist eines der wenigen privaten Anwesen in Bled, das für größere Familien/Gruppen geeignet ist. Our house is located near the center in Jesenice, only 10 minutes walk from the train station. All the beauties of our valley are very close, only 20 minutes to Kranjska gora by car, 15 min to Bled, 10 min to the Vintgar gorge, and very close to the biking trail all the way to Planica(ski jumping). We are close to highway that leads through Karavanke tunnel. Heartly welcome couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families People from all backgrounds are wellcome in our home!
