A House by the Sea

La primavera e l’autunno sono stagioni molto belle per apprezzare l’Elba, il Parco dell’Arcipelago e le sue tante risorse: dal trekking alla barca, dagli itinerari per le due ruote fino alle immersioni in un vero e proprio paradiso naturalistico. Il periodo adatto per sentirsi abitanti dell’isola e non turisti. In questi mesi si affitta, a Cavo, una villetta indipendente con tre camere, doppi servizi, e impianto di climatizzazione in tutte le stanze, comodo anche per le serate più fresche.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

Das Casa del Capitano liegt auf dem Gipfel des Monte Grosso im Nationalpark des toskanischen Archipels. Die Lage ist einmalig auf der Insel, auf 350m über dem Meer und von hier aus hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Stadt Portoferraio, Piombino, Cavo, Korsika, Capraia und Gorgona. Das Haus wurde in einem mehrjährigen Projekt restauriert und auf Autarkie und Ökologie ausgerichtet. Hier wird nur die Energie der Sonne genutzt, ohne auf Luxus verzichten zu müssen.

Das 40 m² große Apartment direkt über dem Meer befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, nur 70 m von der Strandpromenade von Marciana Marina entfernt und wenige Meter zu den Stränden des Ortes. Das Haus befindet sich im antiken Stadtteil,. Kino- Set fuer die Folgen der ‚Delikte des Barlume‘ gedreht, eine italienische Krimiserie die im Herzen der Toskana spielt. Die Designer-Wohnung mit sehr hohen Decken wurde 2023 als Loft komplett restauriert und komfortabel ausgestattet.

Das Haus von A. ist ein sorgfältig eingerichtetes und voll ausgestattetes Haus mit einem Balkon mit Meerblick. Es spricht Filmbegeisterte mit seinen wertvollen Vintage-Holzsesseln und nostalgischen Schwarz-Weiß-Fotos an. Der Wohnbereich beherbergt ein geräumiges, leicht retro anmutendes Wohnzimmer, während die Küche modern und einladend ist. Die zentrale und ruhige Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand Ghiaie entfernt, sorgt für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.
