Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stay overnight in a mini-storage? Probably not, lol! But if you've ever watched HGTV, you'll see that people across the country are creating short-term rentals out of all kinds of crazy things, from shipping containers and barns, to old warehouses. Well, in Cross Lanes WV, we took our cues from those folks on TV and created a short-term rental out of a storage unit! Conveniently located, just off I64, and only 1 mile to the Mardi Gras Casino.

The convenient yet comfy home

This very comfortable and newly remodeled 2 bedroom stand alone apartment is ideal for business persons, professionals or simply those who want a relaxing break away from city life. One perk that many guests appreciate is the whirlpool bathtub which is sanitized completely every time. The accommodation is conveniently located along the main US Route 119 about 5 miles outside the city of Spencer. It is also about an hour away from Charleston and Parkersburg and 45 minutes from Ripley.

RealTree Camo Cabin 3

Cabin 3 is rustic and small, but very cozy! There is a comfortable queen bed, smart tv, wood burning stove with complimentary firewood, air condition, coffee, microwave, refrigerator and flat top propane grill. Necessary cooking supplies are provided. There is a fire pit area in front of this cabin. We have a cast iron collection if interested in cooking over fire! This cabin is located beside the private shower house. There is no state park feel here, definitely a "real" getaway.

***brand new hot tub*** A little two bedroom wooden cabin. Enjoy a crisp, cool morning with a cup of coffee. Enjoy the views of color changing mountains. Warm up in the hot tub under the stars. Have a nice warm cup of apple cider by the bonfire overlooking the mountains. Bring your atv and enjoy adventure riding in the back country of Wirt county. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.
