From the second sack onwards, the cost is €20 per sack. This amount is particularly low and covers exclusively the value of the wood. Έχει επίσης μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο. Η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι καταπληκτική στο κάστρο του Μυστρα και στην Σπάρτη. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό. Η χρήση του τζακιού στο κατάλυμα παρέχεται προαιρετικά. Το πρώτο τσουβάλι καυσόξυλων προσφέρεται δωρεάν. Από το δεύτερο τσουβάλι και μετά, υπάρχει χρέωση 20€ ανά σάκκο καυσόξυλων. Το ποσό είναι ιδιαίτερα χαμηλό και αφορά αποκλειστικά την αξία των ξύλων.

Bright apartment(50m2), on the first floor of the building, a few meters from the beautiful square of the Cenotaph of Leonidas, well located in a quiet street and has a balcony with nice view to a plot of land with ancient finds(mosaics). Lots of restaurants, cafeterias and a super market near(around the square) and very close to the central square of Sparta. Also very close to archeological sites, 5km to Mystras and generally very beautiful surroundings to make your walks unforgettable.

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
