The place is ideal for guests who like the benefits of being close to town and, at the same time, would like to enjoy the relative peace and quiet of a more tranquil area. Bamboo Beach and Paradise Bay are both 5 min walk away. Walking 10-15 min will take you to Kavatsite Beach in one direction and to the beginning of "the happy street" and Harmanite Beach in the other.

Villa "Kolokita"offers you a 360 degree sea view. There are 2-bedrooms,2-bathrooms in the house. You can enjoy your morning coffee at our veranda or one of the two balconies with incredible view. The house is located at complex Sozopolis, there is all you need for a perfect vacation (large swimming pool,Fitness,restaurants...).
