Studioul este situat pe malul Mureșului, aproape de centru. Centrul orașului se află la o distanță de 1500 de metri. Sala polivalentă se află la 500 de metri. Studioul are intrare separată de pe stradă. Are o suprafață de 35 m2 compus dintr-un open space+baie și de o galerie de 4 m2. Dispune de un pat matrimonial și de o saltea de două persoane în galerie.

Casa Santa oferă turiștilor Sighisoarei un apartament compus dintr-un dormitor , living și baie intr-un cartier liniștit de case de locuit aflat la 10 min de centru! A szoba egy kétszemélyes ággyal és egy kihúzhatós kanapénval van ellátva,így elegendő lehet 4 személy számára.A szoba mérete miadt viszont 2 felnőttnek és 2 gyereknek ajánlom,4 felnőtt kissé szűkösen fér el a szobában .
