The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. The house is a ten minute drive to Hove seafront and a five minute drive to the stunning South Downs National Park.

Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.
