We offer a 1st floor guest room & private bath inside our home near the Salisbury Cove area of Bar Harbor. Bar Harbor Lobster Pound, Mainely Meat BBQ, Utter Heaven Ice Cream & also Mini Golf is within walking distance. The Acadia NP Visitor Center, the start of the Park Loop Rd and downtown Bar Harbor are within 2 to 5 miles. Drive into Acadia or to the shops, restaurants & excursions of Bar Harbor or from late June to mid Oct, catch the free Island Explorer shuttle from the end of our road.

We are the Black Friar Inn and Pub. This is room 2 on our 2nd floor. It has a private bath and the ceiling of the bathroom was once a trolley car’s ceiling. The stained glass windows give the room a rosy Medieval glow. With two comfortable chairs and a fireplace, this room has it all. We are a B&B so breakfast is included with your stay. Please see our website for the menu. Our in town location gives our guests a three minute walk to the harbor and downtown Bar Harbor.

The Creekside Crib

Charming 2 bedroom/1 bath on entire second floor of our home with your own private access. Your space is completely separated from our living quarters. No shared rooms or spaces inside the home in your area. Home style continental breakfast items provided in your room. Enjoy access to hiking trails from your front door. The Crib is 30 minutes drive from Bangor Airport and about a 45 minute drive to Acadia National Park.

Beau Pres @ Pres du Port B&B Stonington, Maine

Built in 1849, Pres du Port has been in our family for over 50 years. Perched above the harbor within Stonington village, each room is unique and the views are breathtaking. Walk to everything in town or relax in a rocking chair on the porch. Cute and very cozy small room. Beau Pres has a full bed and shared bath. The bath is not ensuite but just a few steps down the hall. Good for the single traveler or couple.

Cozy, peaceful B&B near Bar Harbor, ME and Acadia National Park. We are a half mile from Lamoine beach on a quiet country road. Our property has a pond and 6 acres with an array of wildlife. Local quaint shopping areas and restaurants in Ellsworth and Bar Harbor which is from 15-30 minutes from our B&B.
