Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

You'll have my self-contained house in Fitzgerald to yourselves. It is modern and family-friendly. It's 5 minutes from the Tyenna river and a magic spot for fishing and watching Platypus. Less than 5 minutes from the Maydena Mountain Bike Park. Also MT Field and National Park are a 10 minute drive. Stay in and prepare meals or have dinner at the Mountain Bike Park (check their socials for opening times). As well, the visitors center at MT Field has a stylish and comprehensive cafe.

With a fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower and a bath to relax in, washing machine and dryer, bbq for outside dining, cozy wood heater to warm you up on those cold days, and the most comfiest beds. The yard is fully fenced and can be locked up. Porta cot and bedding is also available.
