Roll out of bed and onto the trail. The Cottage sits steps from Bella Vista's legendary Back 40 with a woodsy backyard that connects directly to one of the best trail systems in the country! Guests consistently remark on attentiveness of hosts, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches. Close enough to everything when you're ready for it, OZ Trails Bike Park is 14 mins by car and accessible via bike. Downtown Bentonville is only 20 mins. away. Crystal Bridges, lakes, and hiking are all within reach.

Come stay in a spectacular space with access to your very own private basketball court and shared access to an indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Your cozy bedroom is outfitted with a tv, work desk, and a queen size bed. Enjoy a nicely stocked kitchenette, (hotel style) and full bathroom with shower. There are two twin floor mattresses available for the gym floor right around the corner from the bedroom. No living room included. Parties or unauthorized guests will result in cancelation/ no refund.

Courtyard Apartment by Convention Center

Circa 1834 brick row house with a ground floor suite with newly renovated full bathroom, small kitchen. It has a private street entrance and courtyard access. We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.
