A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

The studio is nestled in the garden with a small deck to enjoy the outdoors. The studio features a queen bed, smart tv, kitchenette and modern shower room with heated flooring. Piccalo Casa has reverse cycle air conditioning so guests will be comfortable in all seasons. The studio is on the same property as Mala Bela Hisa with shared backyard.

You're a 10-15 minute drive to tourist attractions, Canberra Hospital and Stromlo cycling centre. A well stocked IGA, local shops and bus are just 3 minutes walk. Our listing is not suitable for children.

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!
