Few minutes walk to St Peters station, 10 minutes to Erskineville and Newtown Stations. Buses just around the corner on King Street. Lovely quiet space with private entrance.

Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, wardrobe, kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart TV (Netflix, Disney & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children (10 & 12), a Labradoodle dog, 2 cats & guinea pigs who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky.

My unit is number 5. I won't be there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.
