Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

This is a private villa with a pool, located just 100 meters away from the town. This is a cool place to relax to spend a holiday. Meals can be arranged in the fully equipped kitchen during your stay..Food also can be arranged from the restaurant in the adjoining property. The beach can be reached from the rear entrance through a narrow privately.Restaurants and cafes are available within walking distance. Washing machine is available but the cost of powder to be borne by you.

The atmosphere of Serenity House is as the name implies: calm and peaceful. A 4-bedroom villa, where guests can enjoy the spacious house, garden and pool privately. With paddy field views, you will have nature right on your doorstep. Although the neighbourhood of Serenity House is quiet, there are lots of activities in the surrounding area. The Villa is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest swimming beach and Unawatuna beach, Galle is about 15 minutes away by Tuk Tuk.
