A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Bienvenue à Lilo Nectar, ce petit cocon entre collines et sapins, perché à 900 mètres d’altitude est situé à Champagnac-le-Vieux, dans le département de la Haute-Loire sur les contreforts du parc du Livradois-Forez. Un petit Canada à porté de main, dans un gîte 100% fait main, avec des matériaux locaux ou recyclés, et la possibilité de découvrir l'apiculture, le brassage de la bière tout comme vous détendre dans le bain chaud en contemplant les étoiles où le couché de soleil sur le Cezallier.

Située entre le parc du Maharin et la forêt de pins de Chiberta, les plages Angloyes seront à 5 min en voiture ou à 20/25 min à pieds et accessibles à vélo par la forêt. Le logement en duplex comprenant un jardin privatif de 30 m² est une dépendance accolée à la maison des hôtes . Stationnement facile dans la rue .
