Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

Offering amazing views over the River Blackwater there is no place quite like it, in fact the river front and iconic Thames barges are just a stone’s throw away! The beautiful Prom Park is also on the doorstep perfect for photography or exercise. There are numerous places to eat with many restaurants and pubs a few minutes walk away. Located in the historic and picturesque Anchorage area of beautiful Mersea Island the house is in a quiet and tranquil lane, with the sea a moments distance away. 50 Yards at the end of the lane turn left for pubs and restaurants and turn right to find the sea wall, with opportunities for bird watching and scenic dog walks. The property sleeps 5/6 people and has an enclosed garden with seating and bbq, there is also a large lockable shed for any outdoor equipment.

Seashells is a beautiful seafront apartment with amazing views over the Estuary. Sit back and watch the ships sail past or cross the road and you are on the beach. We are a short stroll from the main strip on Southend seafront but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The 1 bedroom apartment has a king size bed, south facing balcony, full kitchen, modern shower room, 50" tv and free wifi.
