Sleeps 4 comfortably (queen sofa bed in living room) queen air mattress if six occupants are desired. Any more guests over 4 there is a charge of $10/person per night. Kitchen has everything to cook with + outdoor BBQ. Games and puzzles. The garage has a ping pong, washer/dryer. Generator during power outage.

Soothing 2 bedroom house in charming Grass Valley. Easy access from Highway 49 and conveniently located within 10 minutes of the historic towns of Grass Valley and Nevada City, and the Nevada County Fairgrounds, 5 minutes from Empire Mine State Park, 25 minutes from the Yuba River, and 45 minutes to the Pacific Crest Trail and High Sierra ski resorts. Perfect for a family or couple, you will be close to live entertainment, dining and recreation.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
