Situated just 150 yards from the cycle path you can unwind on a country walk or bring your bikes & get active. Pembrey Country Park, Ffos Las Race Course and Parc y Scarlet's are just a 20minuet drive away.

We also have 2 further luxury double rooms potentially available with shared shower room, each of which can be upsized to triple rooms with the addition of a Z-bed.

Nestled back from the main Mumbles Road, sea-facing, and literally, a stone's throw from the sea, with the benefit of easy access to local amenities and the natural outstanding beauty of the area. This room has an amazing panoramic view of Mumbles bay, the local village & Oystermouth Castle. Not for the fainthearted,3 flights of stairs Local shops, bars & restaurants are plentiful.

Bedroom Two is an opulent apartment with king size bed, kitchenette, stunningly unique tiled bathroom, living room area with sofa beds.
