A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

This cozy and clean apartment is located in Sayre. Walking distance to the hospital, restaurants, coffee shop and family dollar. An easy drive to Elmira, Binghamton, Ithaca and Watkins Glen. Apartment is above our small family owned salon/barber shop. You enter the apartment on Keystone Av and use the front door. You will proceed up the steps, a code will be provided for access. We hope to provide you with your basic needs and some extra comforts and conveniences.
