Welcome to Remedy Cottage, a place that holds deep sentimental significance for our family. It is a split foyer, two levels with steps leading in each direction from the foyer. It was built in 1978, every inch was renovated in 2022, featuring a brand new kitchen appliances. The interior boasts a modern farmhouse and minimalist design. This location is ideal for visitors to the nation's capital, the NSA, Andrews Air Force Base, and a short driving distance to three major airports in the area.

We welcome you to a spacious and private basement apartment with its own entrance and self check-in. Get cozy with your guests in a space that has a bedroom with a king-size bed, an 85-inch smart TV, soft sectional , private toilet, bathroom and kitchenet, all in the same space. None of the amenities are shared. The fully-equipped kitchenet has everything you'll need to cook and warm your meals. Guest suite is the entire basement apartment which is a part of a bigger home where host lives.

Open floorplan includes a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher (and new Nespresso!) plus a separate sleeping room with comfy king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Off-street parking, fast internet, & sofa bed for extra guests. No smoking inside, please.

Ideal location to see all the sites in our nation's capital. Conveniently located one mile from two Metro stops. If you're in town for work or to see family, go to a show or simply to explore, this is a great place to rest your feet. Walk to Silver Spring and Takoma Park for neighborhoods. The space is the lower level of a 1920s bungalow. I live upstairs - you have your own entrance with a private bathroom, bedroom, sitting area and patio. Open to COVID 19 Responders. Perfect open space for 1-2 guests. Comfy king-sized bed, couch, work space, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Keurig (but not a full kitchen). Private entry, space into basement unit and private bathroom. Near fabulous restaurants/ bars. About 15-min. walk to Metro green line. Note: While suite is private and closed to main home, home has 2 cats—a consideration for those with allergies. Also, it’s an old, connected home with original floors, and thus not soundproof.
