Private studio surrounded by nature with its own entrance and screened in porch. The only thing that is shared is the driveway with Apt #1 and #2, perfect for those who want to travel with friends. ALL linens are laundered fresh for every guest, from the comforter to the mattress and pillow protectors. Barbecue and a firepit that you are welcome to use. The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room has an entertainment center with a TV, Dvd, WiFi, couch, electric recliner, Mini fridge, microwave & Kuerig coffee maker. The area is located in the lower half of the house and has a private entrance with a lock & key. The suite is private from the living area of the homeowner.
