A quaint, stylish home in historic Mount Holly, walking distance from downtown pubs, museums and shops. Pet friendly with ample street parking, fully functional kitchen, full size refrigerator with ice maker, private bathroom (separate toilet and shower). Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

Original CM Lifeguard HQ, now dog-friendly suite

Relax in a spacious, private suite nestled on 1.5 acres in a premier birding area of Cape Island. You are staying in Cape May's original Lifeguard Headquarters, renovated with a new deck, patio, bathroom, and beautiful views of Shunpike Pond. Includes a private deck and patio, BBQ, parking, Queen bed, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee bar. The suite does not have a separate bedroom. It is attached to the main house. Beach tags, chairs, and an umbrella are included.

The Vintage Suite at Park House

Welcome to the Vintage Suite at Park House! The cozy, vintage themed suite features a private entrance and balcony overlooking over two acres of the park-like property. Pet friendly! Dedicated parking that can be seen from the suite. Early check ins: The availability of the Suite prior to the 3PM check in time is unlikely due to the popularity of the Suite. The pool and hot tub are closed for the season. They will be available again in May. Please, no parties or smoking inside!

Come relax in this calm, stylish beach inspired, private suite with an attached private bathroom. Located in the West Poplar District we are conveniently located near Chinatown, The Met, Convention Center, about a 20 minute walk to Center City and many great bars and restaurants within walking distance (The Institute bar, being one of my favorites). With the subway just blocks away, public transportation is close by and Uber can always get you to your desired destinations within minutes.

This charming four acre, mid-1700’s farmhouse property has an attached 2 bedroom guest suite with a private entrance, a full kitchen and quaint front porch. Enjoy the outdoors including the animals and gardens on our farm or have access to nearby attractions. Located just 15 minutes from Doylestown, 45 minutes from downtown Philadelphia, and 2 hours from New York, with easy access to Philadelphia regional rail train. Family friendly! Maximum 4 guests, not available for parties.

Cozy & Clean Lawrenceville Studio

This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

Dragonfly Cottage

Dragonfly Cottage is a hotel style unit with queen bed on a quiet street on Cape May Island a mile from the beach and town. It is a bright, sunny room with a vaulted ceiling, private entrance, off street parking and screened in porch for having your morning coffee. Located in easy biking distance to both Cape May, West Cape May and the Point, it is a good base for a great vacation. Beach tags and beach chairs provided. Come have a comfortable getaway at the shore!

The Parlor in the Pines - getaway studio

Welcome to The Parlor in the Pines, a private guest suite in our home! We are between Philadelphia and AC (within 15-20 minutes from Vineland, Millville, and Glassboro), but in the tranquility of the NJ pinelands. Malaga Lake and nature reserves are only 1 mile away. In the heart of NJ wine country, so we are close to wineries and breweries as well. Ideal for Rowan students and faculty. If you're lucky, you'll also see wildlife on our half acre property!

Enjoy the quiet of the woods as you relax in your private space. The studio is minutes away from downtown Media where you can enjoy the shops & restaurants on State St or take a 20 minute ride into Philadelphia. Attractions include Tyler Arboretum, Ridley Creek State Park,Longwood Gardens,Linvilla Orchards & local wineries in Brandywine & Chadds Ford PA. The woods are waiting to welcome you!
