This centrally located well equipped duplex is your access point to all the adventures that South Fork has to offer in the San Juan and Rio Grande National Forests. We are located just off Highway 160, where you are a short 18 mile drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. In the summer walk to the South Fork of the Rio Grande for fly fishing as well as an easy drive to many rivers, lakes and reservoirs. There is plenty of room for ATV parking, and you can go directly to many trails without having to tow or trailer!

Headwater Hideout

Beautiful working ranch in south central Colorado with gorgeous mountain and ranch views. This is an old farmhouse that has been renovated several times over the years so there are some quirks. The middle bedroom has no access to a bathroom unless they are walking through one of the other bedrooms. You can choose the wood burning fireplace or furnace to heat your space. Excellent fiber optic WiFi.

Historical building in downtown Del Norte, CO. Apartment is above a restaurant and in walking distance to retail shops including a local microbrewery restaurant. Just a short drive to Wolf Creek ski area and other local attractions. We now have a portable air conditioner unit available in the apartment.
