Stoneridge Ranch

Looking for something off the beaten path to enjoy some peace/quiet? We’re just that, tucked away in the beautiful Black Hills only 30min from Rapid City & several favorite attractions: Mt Rushmore, Reptile Gardens, Bear Country, Needles Highway, Rushmore Caves + many more. Our property has opportunity to see lots of wildlife(deer & turkeys) + our own animals: horse, pony, 2 mini cows, 4 goats, 2 dogs & 2 cats. Walk/runners take advantage of the gravel/paved roads for a leisurely stroll.

Mid-Century Modern Living in the Black Hills

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Bridgewater’s Cottage @ the Park

This is a private Cottage Cabin, adjacent to the City Park in Bridgewater. This Cottage has character with a vintage rustic feel while offering all the amenities of a modern day residence. The cottage has a kitchen with full size fridge and full bath with an oversized shower. It is set up as a studio living space with areas connected. Front window views are of a beautiful open lot with trees. This lot is available to guests for their use.

Less than a mile from Sanford and all that the west side has to offer. 2 miles from downtown and Falls Park. The house has vintage charm, beautiful interior design, plants, a sunroom, movie projector, a cozy retreat feel and details that you won't find just anywhere.

Charming Tipi

Sleep beneath the stars in our 18’ tipi. Full size bed with all your linens and extra blankets! If you’re lucky you’ll see a shooting star, hear an owl’s hoot or the yip yip of a new coyote pup! Roast marshmallows on the fire pit. Take in some night life the old fashioned way! ***Rally goers please contact host soon! :-) 6 night minimum may be required for Rally. Discounts do not apply.

Racquet on Elm Street

Welcome to Racquet on Elm St. Situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the Missouri River/Lake Francis Case, this lodge-style home is designed for comfort, relaxation and fun. This spacious 3BR/2.5BA home, spanning over 2,400 square feet, was completed in April 2019 and includes its very own private attached racquetball court.

Beautifully remodeled, peaceful entire home with the best location in Sioux Falls! Centrally located 1/2 mile from Downtown, Sanford, and USF and less than a mile from Augustana University.
