Our guest house is a 2 story suite. It is approximately 960 square ft. It features a private entrance with keyless entry, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, and toaster. Our guest house has 2 queen beds, 2 mounted big screen smart televisions (70 inches and 65 inches) with Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, recliner couches, and free WIFI. The unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably. We are approximately 5 miles from the beach. 8.9 miles from SoFi Stadium and near many hospitals.

NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.
