This 54-acre livestock operating property sits atop a 512-metre ridge line with a westerly aspect, capturing glorious sunsets over the Adelaide Hills. The barn inspired farmhouse includes 2 storeys, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a media room, allowing the option to comfortably accommodate 10 guests or more. A spacious entertainer's lounge includes a billiards table and fire place, as well as an open plan kitchen that flows out to outdoor BBQ facilities, lounges, a dining table and a fenced pool.

Stay in our hilltop Cabin and enjoy our beautiful 250 acre property on Kangaroo Island! The surroundings are 5 star, with distant sea views, however the cabin (converted shed) is a basic, bush cabin & self serve- it's part of the charm! We don't provide cleaning, so it may need a quick sweep out before use! There is a cupboard with basic kitchen essentials, take some- leave some! It’s a pay it forward kinda thing! Enjoy remote KI with the luxury of power, refrigeration, TV & combustion fire!

The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

A one hour drive from Adelaide central and 12 minutes from famous Barossa Cellar doors. The ClareValley and Auburn are within range at 40 minute drive. The Old Chaff Mill Retreat- “The Millery”

Nestled into the Sellicks foothills as they meet the ocean, amongst our organic/biodynamic Shiraz vineyard and almond grove, the Old Chaff Mill Retreat dates back to the mid-nineteenth century, when it provided grains and chaff to bullock teams as they hauled their mighty loads across the picturesque countryside. Gutted by fire a century ago, the building is now reborn: a unique luxury accommodation experience, with a spectacular, architecturally-designed fitout celebrating its rich past.

Stables by the Vines

In 1856, an English stonemason, Thompson Priest, began mining slate in Mintaro. At the same time, he built a home with stables at the rear of his property. Over the intervening years, the stables fell into a desperate state, however, recently, the Stable has returned to life through a sensitive restoration and refurbishment. Set on the edge of Reillys Winery, the Stable is a 100m walk through the vines to the cellar door and further 20 metres to the renowned Magpie Stump Hotel.

The Barn is a rustic spaceon 2 levels sleeping 5 max, the whole upper level is your open plan bedroom, with 1xqueen 2xsingle 1xpullout sofa ,access is by staircase. Downstairs offering a kitchenette area, with dining table. Tea and coffee making fac. Other facilities include: ,induction cooktop, toasted sandwich maker ,Microwave, toaster and all crockery. The bathroom offers a shower, w/C and hand basin. Amenities, towels and bed linen is supplied.

Nowhere Else Cottage with spa room

Nowhere Else is a well established luxury self-contained cottage with its own 2 person spa. The cottage started life as a dairy in the early 1900s until the 1980s when it was abandoned. In the late 80s it was transformed into this beautiful cottage you see today. Indulge yourself in the private indoor spa, overlooking the hills, or just take in the countryside from the cottage verandah and say hi to the cows. A haven of peace.
