Our apartment is newly constructed, and features all the required amenities for mordern living. The unit is located approximately 15 minutes walking distance of Marigot beach. The Bay also features a number of world class restaurants and water sports.

The adjacent 'Zoetry' Hotel pools and gym are available for your use with the apartment and the restaurants operate on a pay as you go basis. Private, eco-friendly, Jungle " Bungalow" w/pool perfectly situated between all major destinations of the island while providing utmost privacy close to nature. ** Full staff included in the rate includes cook, maid, and caretaker.
