Located in the rural inland setting of the Pla de Mallorca, and far from any tourist center. The house and patio have been carefully restored to recreate the original architecture, and provide an ideal location from which to explore rural Mallorca. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with wood-burning stove; and separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dressing room. The main bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor.

ODER man bevorzugt Ruhe und Sonne - Ausflüge nach Palma - ans Meer - beides ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt. Aber eigentlich will man gar nicht weg aus dem NIU, weil es so gemütlich ist.

Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
