Das Haus wurde komplett saniert und bietet seinen Gästen den wundervollen Charme eines historischen spanischen Stadthauses mit modernem Komfort. Die Kombination von alten Steinwänden, freigelegten Deckenbalken und Holzfensterläden mit modernen und gemütlichen Möbeln (neu möbliert in 2022), einer neuen Küche und neuen Badezimmern geben unseren Gästen vom ersten Moment an ein behagliches Gefühl des Ankommens und Wohlfühlens.

This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

La casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones y 3 baños completos. En la planta baja se encuentra la cocina, el comedor y un baño, un patio interior y una terraza exterior. En la primera planta encontramos el salón para lo vistas al mar y una habitación con terraza interior, además de otro baño. En la segunda planta tenemos la habitación principal con vistas al mar y escritorio, dos habitaciones dobles, una con terraza interior, y el tercer baño. El salón cuenta con una chimenea para el invierno.

We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room.
